Our leadership team is passionate about preserving the values upon which the organization was founded while continually striving to improve the quality of our projects and our member experience. Meet the team that has been hard at work driving the success of SCNO and expanding the impact we have on the State College nonprofit community.

Michael Lewis

Michael is a senior from Tyrone, Pennsylvania studying Supply Chain & Information Systems. After completing an undergraduate degree in May 2020, he will begin a one year Master of Corporate Finance here at University Park. This is his third year in the organization, formerly serving as a consultant for the Centre County Historical Society and more recently as a Project Manager for Centre Helps. He has interned in a Product Development role with New Pig Corporation in 2018 and a Merchandising role with DICK'S Sporting Goods in 2019. Michael is planning to work in the environmental sustainability-advisory field upon graduation. 

Saige Cestone
VP of Training/Development

Saige is a junior majoring in Management - Human Capital with minors in Legal Environment of Business, Sociology, and Labor and Employment Relations. Saige has studied abroad in both Italy and Germany over the past two summers and will be joining PwC for summer 2020. She has been a project manager with SCNO and is very excited to be VP of Training and Development this coming year. 

Frankie Haver
VP of Human Resources

Frankie is a senior from Mechanicsburg, PA. He is majoring in Actuarial Science and Spanish. Frankie joined SCNO his freshman year as a consultant for the Centre County Historical Society. This past summer, he interned with Cigna in Connecticut and will be returning upon graduation.  He joined SCNO as a freshman and previously served as a Project Manager.  He is looking forward to serving the club as VP of HR this year.

Andrew Griffin
VP of Project Management

Andrew is a senior from Chester Springs, PA. He is majoring in Finance with a minor in Information Systems Management. This past summer, he had an internship in New York with KPMG in its Financial Management Consulting practice and he will be returning to the firm upon graduation. He previously served as a Project Manager and is looking forward to a more client-facing role as the VP of Project Management.

Alec Coburn
VP of Corporate Relations

Alec is a senior from Bucks County, PA studying Supply Chain and Information systems with a minor in Information Systems Management. This is Alec's second year as the VP of Corporate Relations. Previously in SCNO Alec has worked with clients looking to build out on-campus presence through student organizations. He is excited to be serving as VP of Corporate Relations for the 2019 - 2020 school year.

Ashton McPhee
VP of Finance

Ashton is a Senior from Long Island, NY studying Marketing with a Two-Piece in Finance. This past summer, he interned for PwC in their Risk Consulting practice and will be continuing with the firm upon graduation in May 2020. Ashton joined SCNO as a Junior working directly with the Centre County Youth Services Bureau. Ashton shares a passion for non-profits and looks forward to serving as the VP of Finance.

Julia Byers
VP of Public Relations

Julia is a junior from Pittsburgh, PA studying Industrial Engineering. This past summer, she interned as an Industrial Engineering Analyst with a consulting company, Connors Group, where she got to travel to 8 different cities in the US. She joined SCNO her sophomore year and really enjoyed working with Acres Project. She is very excited to work as the VP of Public Relations for SCNO this coming year.
